Positions in Mission Outreach and Administration

Community Liaison – Full time. Works with individuals, churches, & other entities to recruit & train volunteers to help in the community with a focus on safe and healthy homes. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Typical hours M-F 8-5 with some evening and weekends.
Home Evaluator/Worksite Supervisor – Part time. Individual works with homeowners in the community to assess housing conditions, identifying items that can be repaired in order to create a safer and healthier home. Facilitate home repairs using volunteers.
Data Entry Specialist & Administrative Support – Full time. Detail-oriented individual needed to enter and maintain data in data collection programs. Individual will run reports and verify accuracy of content. Individual will manage office operations. M-F 8-5.

Retreat and Conference Center: Positions in Kitchen and Housekeeping

PART-TIME KITCHEN and HOUSEKEEPING POSITIONS: Seeking individuals to work at Christian retreat center in housekeeping and/or kitchen. Hours vary and increase in spring, summer, and fall. Schedules will include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience preferred. Service Ministry Leader (SML)

Seeking young adult leaders for summer missions who are passionate about living out their faith, building relationships with others, mentoring youth, leading teams on home repair worksites, and facilitating programs and activities with youth and adults. This is a summer position, beginning with training on May 17 and going through August 5, 2022. Service Ministry Leaders are required to live on Hinton’s campus (in separate accommodations from the mission teams) throughout the summer program. Housing and most meals are provided. Staff training will likely begin with an online component. Please note: If you are unable to work the final week, arrangements can be made.
