This means that we must do the best we can every day. As a supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that your staff is performing at acceptable standards. Providing honest feedback regarding your staff’s performance will help them improve. As a supervisor, you will summarize information from co-workers, yourself as the supervisor, and the employee to provide 360 evaluation for the employee. This evaluation is meant to be an opportunity for self-improvement and information should be delivered in a positive, constructive manner.
