Employee Performance Feedback from Supervisor

Directions:  As employees of a Christian retreat center, we are called to be good stewards of that which is entrusted to us (money, facilities, guests, volunteers, etc.) and provide radical hospitality to our guests and those we serve.  This means that we must do the best we can every day.  As a supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that your staff is performing at acceptable standards.  Providing honest feedback regarding your staff’s performance will help them improve.  As a supervisor, you will summarize information from co-workers, yourself as the supervisor, and the employee to provide 360 evaluation for the employee.  This evaluation is meant to be an opportunity for self-improvement and information should be delivered in a positive, constructive manner.   Please return your responses by Friday, March 25, 2022, to Jacqueline.
