Summer Programs
Hinton offers week-long summer mission programs during June, July and early August. These programs are of two types that correspond with the ages of participants. Please read on to determine which type of summer program is right for your group.
Senior High Youth in Mission
SHYM weeks are designed for youth who have completed 8th grade or higher. Hinton staff provides scripturally based nightly programming during these weeks. Groups may choose one of the 3 SHYM weeks offered. During these weeks, workteams are blended from all groups represented, and consist of 7 to 9 youth and adults.
All Ages in Mission

During AAIM weeks, evenings are free for self-led devotions, discussion time, and relaxation. Groups may choose one of 7 AAIM weeks offered. During these weeks, workteams consist of members from each church or family working together in teams of 7 to 9 persons, or smaller.
